You may wanna be proactive about the issue at the interview... or even before that.

No, no, no! This is a huge asset for you.

If you're really serious about being in this field, address it upfront. Highlight it. Let 'em in your letter and resume. Let 'em know your intentions and goals for the future. Be pleasant... smile when you talk with them... even on the phone.

Research the facility before you go in. Mention something interesting that you read about them.

Tell 'em you plan on working for them, and that you're dedicated. And that in a year or so you'll likely be considering furthering your contribution... maybe by pursuing a nursing degree... if all the above is true, of course.
