Tips on getting a hospital job as a new

Hello,

I have been desperately trying to get into fl hospital new grad program but it seems God has other plans for me. I am so discouraged at this point because it seems as if no hospital will hire a new grad but I can't get the experience cause I keep getting rejected from the new grad program. I am assuming it's my GPA since t dropped down to a 3.3 my last year of nursing school.I can sure use ANY tips on getting a hospital job. I am currently employed at a skilled nursing facility and I DO NOT see myself there much longer due to many reasons. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help out.

@MissieTodd Yes I am in Orlando. I dont mind the drive neither honestly. I need that experience. are they still hiring? How did you hear about them?

@Risky it is the saddest thing I cannot wait to get out ofthe home I am at. I refuse to be apart of the non sense. I am saddened by the homes here in Orlando.

far as i know they still hiring go to main FH page search for graduate nurse. Be open to Try all branches in orlando. ORMC is also hiring new grads.If you still not getting call back try crafting a new resume, sometimes if keywords are missing the computer would filter you out and you will get the generic email response. Also try calling the recruiter directly.
