No money for antivirals?

I just noticed this at a flu forum site. This is very worrisome. If my state

told the voters that they might not do this, I think that parents would be very upset. Antivirals are used to treat serious cases of seasonal flu as well as being stockpiled for a possible pandemic. There have been enough cases of very sick kids around the country this flu season to warrent making sure that we have the drugs needed to treat them. What is more important than kids?

This is a program that offers a discount for these vital drugs. Tamiflu is in short supply in some parts of the country. This is penny wise and pound foolish thinking to delay on this, IMO. But, I do not live in Florida though lots of my family does.
