New Grad, RN- Need tips for Applying in Baptist Hospital Pensacola

Hi! I just passed my NCLEX-RN exam last December and I'm now starting to apply for a job. I'm really considering (and hoping) working for Baptist Hospital (particularly in their Mental Health Unit. I love MH Nursing). This is my first time applying for anything and I'm wondering if there are nurses working for Baptist here who would be kind enough to give me tips and pointers about Baptist - I have these specific questions in mind:

How long do they usually reply to your application?

Do they hire newly grad nurses?

Do they hire foreign educated nurses?

I know you posted this quite some time ago, but I was wondering if you had any luck getting a job in Pensacola? I will be graduating in May and am planning on moving to Pensacola, too. (My mom currently lives there.)
