Miami JMH RN pay

U.S.A. Florida

Published

Hi all,

I am very seriously considering a move to Miami and JMH is at the top of my list for hospitals to work at (followed by Mercy).

Before I become too invested in the hiring process (flying out for an interview, references contacted, etc.) I wanted to ask about the hospital's pay scale. I have 2 years of experience and have a BSN. Assuming I'm hired, where can I expect to land on JMH's pay scale?

Also, any information on shift differentials?

Anyone may PM me if they don't wish to post this publicly.

I appreciate any information. Thank you!

Never mind, I found the information I was looking for.

It would be too much of a pay cut for me, cost-of-living considered.

I see you got the info you were looking for. Do you mind sharing the info. I'm planning on moving from NY upstate to south Florida but I'm seriously considering to change this plan base on the pay cut info I have seen in this forum, but I'm not sure. I have been a nurse for 6 years almost, I'm an ER nurse. Thanks
