MDC RN Generic and Accelerated program questions.

I am planning on applying to MDC RN program soon as I finish my last 2 prerequisite this semester A&P II and Micro. However, I was wondering how long exactly is the Generic RN program. I was told 16 months, and classes are given over the summer as well, is this correct? Also, what is the requirement for applying to the Accelerated program. I went to the website, and it stated you have to have a baccalaureate degree or higher you can apply for the accelerated program. Aren't the bachelor and baccalaureate degree the same thing? I have my A.A. in Health Service Administration, I guess this would not meet the requirement for the accelerated option?

Yes, the full-time Generic program is 16 months (4 semesters) long, and it runs straight through the summer. You must have a bachelors degree or higher to be eligible for the Accelerated program. An AA degree would not make you eligible for the Accelerated.
