Part Time Job and Resume

Nurses New Nurse

Published

I recently got hired by a Flu Clinic on a partime basis.

As a new grad, with about 3 years Nursing Assistant experience, should I update my resume with the partime job

and duties on my resume?

Thanks

Basically, does one put current job on resume?

You definitely put your current job on your resume. Your work experience should be listed from most recent to most distant. When you put your current job there, you put the date you began work - let's say "September 1, 2011 - to present" on your list, with the name and address of your employer and a brief list of duties. Only include those that aren't typical of every job, like documentation. Those are assumed.

Please is this a good way list this?

Mollen Immunizations 09/2011 - Present

On-site corporate health services, health fairs and year round biometric health screenings

Conduct seasonal flu shot clinics at retail, community and corporate locations

Thanks
