After you take the nclex you can log on to pearson vue and try to re-register to take the nclex again. If you get a pop-up that says something to the effect "cannot register at this time, please contact member services" that is good, you passed. If it takes you to the credit card screen to pay again, that is not so good, you failed. The only thing is you need to wait until pearson vue says your results "delivery successful" which takes about 2 hours.
Everyone in my class has done this "trick" and it has worked for them (2 years in a row, since we took LPN boards last year and RN this year). I've yet to read/hear of it not working for anyone.....good or bad.

I just took the NCLEX today and it shut off at 75. I tried the pearson vue trick and it didn't let me pay so fingers crossed! I used the ATI virtual education and it was really helpful for studying but the NCLEX was horrible! I was not comfortable with any of my answers. Has anyone heard about the pearson view trick being wrong? or people getting 75 and failing? I already have a job lined up and I dont want to lose it by not passing! AHHHHHHH
