continuing education while employed

  1. 0 If anyone can provide feedback on my current situation it would be greatly appreciated. So I just graduated PN school in October and landed an LPN position at a MR group home full time 2:30-11 shift. I was also pregnant while in nursing school and gave.birth in December. During my interview, however, I did not mention to the director of nursing that I would be.going the lpn to rn bridge program at the same school July. I start my orientation for this job on.the 27th this month. Even though the.bridge program will.only take 6 months to..complete on a full.time basis when.would be.the best.time to her about possibly going to a part time or maybe PRN position without having to resign since this is my first year as a new grad? Any insight.or thoughts would be great!
