change F1 to H1

i am in f1 visa associate degree of nursing .i would like to know do i have any chance to apply for h1 after get my rn or need to be b.s degree of nursing. i am asking because i have chance to apply for bachelor degree of nursing also because i had bachelor of midwifery from my country and i chose to study associate degree for shortcut but lately i found out apply for h1 visa with rn associate degree is impossible! in that case only my chance is to apply for green card. what it should be my visa during the green card process?

i need your advice.
