What is the FCCA?

Nursing Students Excelsior

I am doing the credit by exam option, and wanted to know is FCCA a class or credit by exam option or both? I keep seeing everyone say different things about the class as if it is a actual online class I would have to take. I am trying to get through and wanted to know how this class works. If someone or anybody give me some insight on this class.

You can read about it in the EC catalog. The FCCA consists of two courses that are done online at home during an 8-week period. I think they are currently about $185 each and they can be taken consecutively or simultaneously - most students take them simultaneously. Information beyond that isn't really available because EC's academic honesty policies prohibit discussing FCCA content.

Thank you, I didn't want details about the exam but just wanted to know if I had to take it as a 8 week course online or is it self taught test when you want. That was my question

I must have misinterpreted where you said you wanted insight on the class - and I wanted to ensure people didn't reveal things in response to that in violation of policies. I hope the rest of my post was helpful. Good luck! :)

You have a long way to go before you take the FCCA; worry about it when you are eligible.
