by TiffyRN Jul 2, '12I know there are not nearly as many students on here that are in the RN to BSN Excelsior track, but I thought some may be interested. I know there are many students in my classes that were originally Excelsior ADN students.
I just finished the 3 credit classes Professional Transitions and Teaching and Learning in a Diverse Society. I enjoyed both the professors, the Professional Transitions professor was especially brilliant and delightful.
I thought I would absolutely hate the Professional Transitions class but it was actually mind-expanding and enjoyable. It required 2 papers. I greatly recommend the smarthinking writing resource. My first paper earned (appropriately) an 80.5%. After help from the writing lab, my second paper earned a high A. The professor was very supportive and helpful in guiding me to help make the highest grade I could.
The Teaching class was not nearly as interesting but the instructor was very friendly and supportive and kept the class interesting.Last edit by Joe V on Jul 3, '12 : Reason: formatting
