I'm doing Straighterline Eng 101, and it is a BEAR! Not really hard, but very tedious, with a ton of papers due... I am struggling to finish it before the end of the 2nd month. - Aug 2, '12 by KitkatPRNI had two course approved through Excelsior to take from Penn Foster. One is English100, that is good for the 3 credits of English. The other is English103, which satisfies the Information Literacy requirement. I just started on the English103, and it seems pretty straightforward. Hope that helps !

Thank you... the Eng103 IS very easy...I wish I had looked into the Eng100.
I appreciate your reply... good luck to you! - Aug 6, '12 by BarbaraNMQuote from KitkatPRNWould you mind telling me the cost of the Penn Foster Eng100? The Straighterline Eng101 is $99 a month, so I'll pay $198. The courses are supposed to be $39 each, but I got a coupon/credit after doing the free trial, so it is just the monthly fee. Reading Dave's post above, about finishing it in a few hours... grrrrr.... I was able to do the Info Lit in just a few hours, but I've been slaving over the Eng 101... wishing I had done the Penn Foster...
