Passed the FCCA!

Nursing Students Excelsior

Published

Excelsior College told me not to do my FCCAs simultaneously "because there is a chance of failing." I went for it. Passed them both yesterday with B's (which is perfectly fine for me!). It was actually not difficult keeping up with them both; the Pearson Vue nursing tests were definitely harder. Now onto to studying for the CPNE...

Si se puede.

Congratulations!! Where did you take the FCCA at? Do you not go to the pearson vue center? I take my last exam in a few weeks and then on to the FCCA!!

Specializes in ER, OB/Gyn.

@DocHawkins

FCCA are totally online! No more Pearson Vue (thank god) lol

They will probably tell you not to do both together but it can be done (for me it wasn't very hard). Again, we are all different. I think the Pearson Vue tests are soooooo much harder. Also depends on if you are practicing...it's our "clinicals" so it's a lot about assessments and patient care.
