Nitro drips

Curious to see how you all out there have your pump settings for Nitroglycerin drips - what's the concentration of your Nitro bottles? Do you use mcg/min or mcg/kg/min...??? What about low or high dose Nitro use in your setting?

We also use 50mg/250cc. I think the insert says you can run up to 200 MCG/min. We go up in 3cc/10MCG min increments. Also if the pts bp is very high and is neuro symptomatic, (blurred vision, slight disorientation), we start w/ nipride so as to not dilate already engorged neuro vessels.
