by RNin Jul 3, '12I was browsing on the forum and came across a link to help learn information needed for the ICU but cannot find it again. Does anyone happen to have the link to the site? I am a new grad and looking to get into the ICU and would love to learn all I can to help me if I do land a job there.
Print and share with friends and family.

I'm a new grad currently working in an ICU. I landed the job right out of school and am lucky for it. I suggest if you are wanting to get your hands on stuff you need to know head over to the AACN website as they are the ones that certify critical care nurses. Their prep books for your CCRN can be very helpful in giving you an idea of what you need to know. I keep some helpful study packets on my blog as well, but not all of it is directly ICU kind of stuff.
Good luck!

Could you give me some advice on how you did it? I have no medical work experience and have an associate degree. Thanks for replying
