Who has seen "Redemption"?

For those of you who don't know, this movie is about Stan "Tookie" Williams. He was a founder of the Crips who is on Death Row at San Quentin. While spending several years in "the hole" he began to educate himself. From there he began to write children books denouncing gangs and all they stand for, which resulted in a nomination for the Nobel Peace Prize. The one thing I do know is that if the day comes he is executed, I will not be going to work (if I'm still working for CDC).

I saw this movie yesterday and was wondering who else has seen it. I would certainly recommend it for anyone, not just correctional nurses. I'm curious what you thought about the movie; not just about the acting or anything like that, but about the situation this story presents. For anyone who has met this person, was the acting close to how the inmate actually acts?

I haven't seen it, but you've peaked my interest. I'm going to add it to my Netflix list. Thanks!
