correctional nurse from Germany on vacation in TN

Hello fellow nurses,

My name is Tim and I am a correctional nurse / officer from Berlin, Germany.
I work in the State "Prison-Hospital" (Justizvollzugskrankenhaus) Berlin.
I work in the psychiatric departement (Abteilung fuer Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie).

I am looking forward to spending my holidays in Memphis with my cousins family.
If possible I would like to see how correctional nursing is done in the U.S.A. .

So it would be nice if any nurses from Tennessee or states near by (I will be renting a car anyway), could
send me in the right direction on how to set up a visit to a correctional institution.

Or if that would be the case, tell me that such visits are not possible.

I would be grateful for any input on the subject, and I am looking forward to hear from you.
