I was working at a hospital and was still on 90 day probation i got sick on the job all the staff noticed i was pale, almost lost my mother and i suffer from migraines. I received a verbal warning was never late ,and i had document for FMLA from previous employer was terminated

If you're asking if you can be rehired because you have a FMLA document with a previous employer, the answer is no. To qualify for FMLA, you must be an employee of the current employer for 12 months and have worked at least 1,250 hours for that employer. You were not eligible for FMLA with the employer that terminated you. Being within your 90 day probationary period, not only did you not qualify for FMLA but the facility was free to terminate your employment for any reason. If attendance was an issue, they were perfectly within their rights to terminate you.
