Do you get paid for hospital orientation?

I got hired on as a per diem pct on a med/surg and ortho floor (YAY!!) and I have to do a 2 day hospital orientation, I was wondering they normally pay for that right?

Of course, that would would be your official start date and they should be paying you with your per diem rate. Congratulations for getting the job!
