If I get reprimanded (verbal warning-tho it was done through an email) do I as a CNA have a right to know what the complaint exactly was? I know I can't be told who complained but do I have a right to know what the complaint entailed?

How were you reprimanded without the person who emailed you telling you what the complaint/issue was?

She said I had a complaint and that staff/family shouldn't be complaining about the apartment how the apartment looks after you work. (I'm pretty certain it was staff who complained and this isn't the first time she had complained and it was unfounded). She then wrote that the apartment should be clean, garbage out and the clothes laid out for the next. All of which I do! So I was wondering if I had a right to know what exactly the complaint was so I can make sure it doesn't happen again. When I asked her what the complaint was she said she couldn't tell me. Is this true? How am I suppose to make sure it doesn't happen again if she doesn't tell me?
