First of all, congratulations on becoming a CNA. To answer some of your questions...If the facility REQUIRES 1 year experience, you should not apply. However, if experience is preferred, then you can go ahead and apply. That means they would like you to have experience but it is not NECESSARY. And I am not 100% positive but I think in most states it is illegal to continuously work Full time 7days a week...Not only that, but you're gonna be so physically burned out with that schedule. Especially if you have never worked before.
Hope this helps and good luck on the job search!
Thank you very much EGoldbach for the tips, it's very helpful to me.
...so how is my resume overall, can some1 please give me comments/corrections/ect...

I would not say you want morning shift. You need to be willing to work other shifts. If they're hiring for 3-11 and they see that on your resume they're just going to pass right over you.
I would definitely include references since you have no work history. Make them good too- a teacher, your CNA instructor, someone from a volunteer experience. If you had contact with your grandma's home health team maybe someone from there could give you a reference. Don't bother getting references from your best friend or your aunt or your next-door neighbor.
I think it's cheesy when people list the skills they had in clinical. The place is going to expect all their applicants to know how to do those things already.
Thank so much fuzzywuzzy for your advices, I'll use it when I rewrite my resume...I guess I need to fix it to make it sound better:)
