Not another anesthesia provider to discuss clinical issues
Being the lone voice against 'but that's how we always do it'
a less than stellar surgeon can make your anesthetic very difficult (long cases, large EBLs, etc)-a great sugeon can make your life much easier
getting 'rusty' with cases/skills which your facility doesn't requirewtbcrna likes this. -
