That's one of the problems, IMHO, of doing the Portfolio Evaluation Process as a DEM student with NARM. YOU are responsible for the education and there is a lot to learn! Have you checked out the Candidate Information Bulletin for the Core Objectives and the accompanying reading list? That will give you some direction to head with education. If you have the money to spend, I'd recommend you do a MEAC program so you will have the academic work provided to you in a distance-learning model. In the end your MEAC program will award you an Associate Degree in Midwifery or at the very least a certificate to show you've learned the material in addition to the credential you'll earn when you pass the CPM exam.
Good luck!!
