RElIntroduction

This is my first time on any kind of discussion forum. I am an Rn of 23 years and have spent 20 of those years at the same hospital and in the same position. I have been a charge nurse for 18 years. I am now ready to make a change to my career and have chosen case management to be the second half of my nursing career. I am looking to find some articles on Interqual and case management. I have a job interview on Wed. and want to be prepared. I dont have the Interqual experience and that is what is keeping me from getting this job. If I dont get this job there is a possibility I will lose my home and have to start all over again and go back to the floor and do floor nursing. I have been in ICU and away from bedside care for 20 years. Please give me some adivce I need help!!!!!
