Thanks for starting this thread. I find it very helpful reading everyone's input and I have waited for 6 miserable weeks with sleepless nights. I have been checking this thread daily. Finally, the white envelop has arrived just now. I let my dog and cat sniff it first. kneel down and said a short prayer. Sliced it open with a penknife. It is a PASS and I am from Vancouver, BC. All the best to everyone.
