I'm looking for some information about the University of San Diego MEPN program. Is there anyone out there who is currently in the program? How do you like the program? Do you feel that you're being adequately prepared for advanced nursing practice? Is there a lot of emphasis on religion?

Also, what sort of reputation do USD nursing graduates have? I mean, they say on their website that US News ranked them highly, but does what does that really mean? Is their program well regarded in the nursing community?

I think it's a good program but it's expensive and difficult to get into. The people that finish it do well on the NCLEX and I think they are well prepared to be entry level nurses. I'm not sure how well prepared they are for the advanced practice part. Sorry that's wasn't much help.
