Tripping out, help!! Applying for Fall 2011

After reading thru several threads I'm starting to wonder if I'm competitive enough to make it in next fall. I have no degree yet and have no idea what exactly I should be doing if I don't make it into next fall's rotation.
Currently, my microbiology (B), anatomy © and physiology (A) GPA is 3.00 though accumulatively, I'm around a 3.8 avg GPA and I'm fairly certain that won't be enough to grab a spot. What should I do from here on to make me more competent? Do well on the TEAS and maximize volunteer hours? I am in process of finishing all my transfer apps (literally almost all the CSUS, Samuel Merritt, & schools in Nevada) but I am tripping out!!!

You might want to retake anatomy for a better grade since a lot of the schools that I have been applying to do put a lot of weight on those science scores.

If you are anywhere near Santa Monica or wouldn't mind commuting there, you do qualify for admission to their program. All you have to do is show up to a counseling session and then go to another meeting to turn in your transcripts. So long as you meet the minimum requirements, you get put on the wait list with everybody else. There was a 3 semester wait as of October, but at least if you get on the list there, you have a spot if you end up having problems with other schools.
