RN salary San Diego
- 0Sep 4, '12 by daviexHello all!
I'm a new member to this site, but it's a great site I'm planning a move from Oklahoma to San Diego after the holidays. I have 8 years of experience working with transplant and med-surg patients. I know the cost of living is night and day I'm curious what I can expect salary wise? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Where I work, with your experience you'd probably score in the mid-upper $40s (don't quote me to HR, though). But yes, cost of living is steep here...the hourly rate may sound like a lot but if you're not careful it won't go very far.
