Does anyone know what the three hospitals in Palm Springs/Coachella Valley are paying these days? I visited Palm Springs a few weeks ago and I LOVED it. I'm going back for another visit in a couple of months. I am approaching my sixth year as a nurse and I possess a master of public health degree. Thanks!

It depends on what you are hoping to do? Floor nursing with 6 years experience...I'm guessing around 40/hr. The pay isn't that great for the area. Desert Regional probably pays more. Eisenhower is pretty poor in general salary-wise but is supposed to be a nice working environment. I knew nurses with 7 years experience at Eisenhower making about what I made in San Bernardino with 2 years experience. As far as PHN, there isn't too many jobs. Riverside and San Bernardino county just had budget cuts. I'm sorry my guess isn't more accurate. Hopefully you can get an answer from someone who is currently in the area.
