Hi!

I wish to start studying Nursing in South Bay (already started the pre-requisite from local community college), but before i jump in ion a bachelor degree, i wanted to know if there's another route. I have a Bachelor Degree in Computer Application from another country.. is there a way i can leverage that? if there is, where to start....

i appreciate the help! thx

With the way things are, most people apply to all nursing programs nearby and attend the one that accepts them, or that accepts them first. If you want to maximize your chances you will apply to as many schools as you can afford the application fees for. Or if you are certain that you only want a BSN or an ASN or an entry level MSN (with or without the BSN along the way), then you limit your applications to that type of program. You need to research the programs in your area and decide which you want to apply to, then take it from there. Your previous degree will enable you to enter accelerated BSN programs or an entry level MSN program. Best of luck finding a suitable program.
