Summer 2016 CEP Program questions

I applied in December for the CEP / NAU program through Glendale Community College. I have a 3.6 GPA. I scored a 92 for the HESI. I also have my associates degree in arts or my AGEC. I am nervous and excited about finding out in February if I get into the program or not. I chose traditional as my number one pick. I was curious if any of you know how the schedule gors for the traditional choice?And what is the first semester like? The one before block one starts. I have two children, and I was curious what kind of babysitters / day care I would need to get during that time which would be summer 2016. Also, any current nursing studentz out there, is there anything I should buy before I start nursing or any words of wisdom you have for me? I know I haven't got in yet but I want to be prepared. I just applied to NAU/ASU with GCC being my preferred choice too. I don't know of the schedule, but I'd be interested to know too! Good luck to you!

I have a question. When I met with an advisor she said that as long as you meet the requirement you get placed but i thought the program was more competitive. I know a girl that applied the first year it was open and didn't get in. Do cep applicants take precedence over the general applicants on a 3 year wait list? How do they have the space to accommodate al the students? It just seems too good to be true.

I'm not 100% sure how exactly it works but my understanding is as long as you meet the requirements for CEP you get accepted. CEP are placeded at the CCs before noncep students. And each CC only takes a certain number of CEP students. That's why they have you list which CC campuses you would want to go too.
