Have I ever mentioned that I really love nursing?

Yesterday I had to keep reminding myself of that whilst working with 3 family practice docs (seeing 5 to 6 patients an hour) AND helping out with the walk-in ( don't even bother to count how many an hour) I found myself having to do a dressing, pre-op physical, well baby physical and a vaccine all at the same time.

The thought of a deep from the belly primal scream seemed appealing to me at the time, but I didn't want to scare the patients. (the docs on the other hand...........well, I digress) I managed to do the job, but boy did I sweat!

I love nursing.

Say it again,

*I* **love* *nursing*.

I really DO love nursing.

I had a much better week than the one that prompted me to post *last* Friday lol. I hear you, tho :). This week I might as well just have made a recording of myself saying, "Our providers will not give antibiotics without clinical evidence of a bacterial infection."

The best part was I have been totally hoorifice with a cold the past two days, and as the endless parade of people stream through wanting atbx for viral infections, I croak out my standard spiel and remind them that I'm not getting any either lol.
