VISA Screen advice

Hi guys, I'm a i-485 applicant and my priority date has recently came about (I was however put on freeze through the retrogression, but I was sent to do an RFE, so maybe it's a blessing in disguise).

So, the RFE asked for quite a bit, and I was able to get it all (revised Philippine birth certificate, etc) and all I need left is my Visa Screen from the CGFNS. It's been quite a few months of daily calls to the CGFNS and finally I've been able to send in my transcripts and California license to the CGFNS (I went to school in California, so I was exempt from the English exam).

So I expedited the service and received a response telling me I needed to provide proof of lab hours, after the transcript. Alright, that's fine and I did. It was a list of 14 things I need to have completed. However, when they received that, they stated that I provided evidence for everything except that I needed lab hours and lecture hours of psychiatric and mental health care nursing. The curriculum I took in my California School (and I did get my license which I am able to use with my EAD no problem at the moment to work) did not have lab hours for it. I did take a lecture, but not lab, and they must have overlooked the lecture part of the transcript. The clinical lab hours was not part of the curriculum at the (accredited) nursing program I had taken.

please help with any advice and comments. This is the last form that I need before I get the visa screen certificate and the visa screen is the last form I need to secure I have everything needed for my i485 application. Thank you for your time.

Did you send in the form where your school registrar filled in the hours you spend in certain subjects - including labs? I am in the process of expediting my Visa Screen also, but I not only sent them the transcript - i send them a form that was signed by the registrar stating my class/lecture and lab hours.

I would say if they need that information - you need to have the registrar of your school or the nursing director of the school fill in that information on the forms they provided.
