Licensure in VT or CA?

Arial Black4 I'm puzzled If I will take the NCLEX in Vermont or Cali?? coz most of the nurses here in the Philippines advised me to apply in Vermont because the processing is much more shorter compared to Cali? please I need your help to make up my mind to which state will I apply.... good day to everyone.i really need help regarding on my nclex application thru vermont. im already married when i entered nursing, but still i used my maiden name as my surname.therefore all my credentials were under my maiden name and including my license id.my problem is that im going to use my husband surname when i apply on nclex.how im i going to apply when all of my credentials and license were under my maiden name?please help me on this..thanks in advance..
