eb3 to get married now or later?

hello!could you please advice me regarding my situation. i am an eb3 applicant, got current last June and visa bill is paid already but ds261 is not submitted yet......however i am planning to get married so my future husband can go with me as a dependent. do you think it would be advisable to get married and change status at this time?would it prolong the processing time? i already told my agency about this but then he told me that it would be a ground for being denied at the US embassy...i am just so confused since he already told me to fill-0ut the ds261...any input would be much appreciated...thank you.

Have you consulted with an immigration attorney of your own?

It would not be grounds to be denied, better to do now than later but as mentioned better to speak to a lawyer experience with this visa
