Congrats, I hope you make it. I have done a lot of work at Yuma and really like the people that work there.
Facilities like Yuma are concerned about employee retention due to the city location. It is not uncommon for people to start there only to bolt as soon as they can. I would highly recommend you have a story ready to tell them why you love Yuma and why you plan to stay there forever. Hopefully you have friends or family or some other history there.

Does anybody here applied to YUMA medical center New Grad RN program? I applied there and was contacted by the HR over the phone and had an interview over the phone by the unit manager (cardiac-tele) yesterday and was told that they want to interview me in person amd they accomodate hotel stays. She said that the HR will contact me again but haven't heard back today to set up the face-to -face interview. I am anxious cause i am really determined to find a job and practice my career and to do what i am really passionate about. I am determined to do what it takes and don't mind relocating to Yuma.
Do you guys have any advice or what the interview questions were like? And how was the process? Thank you.
