Yale University MSN (in person) vs. Johns Hopkins University DNP (online/immersion weekends)

Hi all, I am having an incredibly hard time choosing between Yale's MSN and Johns Hopkins' DNP to study psych-mental health. They are both very different.

Johns Hopkins would allow me to stay where I am currently living. I currently work in a pretty niche mental health job, which I enjoy. It is unlikely I can step down to part-time/PRN however. The program takes 3 years and is mostly asynchronous. I could see myself wanting to work in policy/leadership in the future, however I am excited to do clinical work hence why I'm pursuing the NP route. They have a clinical placement team that they consider a collaborative process.

Yale would require moving to CT for a couple of years. This comes with all of the things that moving comes with (quitting current job, etc.). Yale does clinical placements and all coursework would be in-person. I would graduate with a Master's, but could always return to school if I wanted a doctorate.

They both seem so different I'm having a hard time making a decision. Any thoughts or words of wisdom would be appreciated! (Financial investment is a factor, however I think either option would put me in a similar position financially. I am more concerned with long-term investment/career outlook. Given the state of NPs, I would love to graduate with connections and from a reputable program that sets me up for the best success.)
