hello all
i am changing jobs and low and behold hospitals want resumes!
have been a paramedic for 15 years at same place then went to nursing skill and went straight to er job from school
so i haven/t written a resume in a long time-showing my age!
my question to you all is
under job description
what is the best way to describe what you do in a level 2 er--i'm pretty sure it's the same most everywhere
from colds to lifethreatening illness and trauma-with all the triage iv's blood ekgs rapid labs meds etc
the hospital has a great cath lab so we;re a heart hospital too-get them in and right up to the cath lab
so if any of ya'll have good ideas of how to describe the er jobs-please feel free to write back
thanks so much

Go on the internet and look for example resume's. If you can't find any, go to your local book store and pick through a couple of books. There are a ton of books out there on how to write a resume.
thanks diane--i didn't even think of that---
