Writing a CNA resume with no job experience?

I recently became a CNA and have been having trouble writing a resume with no work experience. I'm 19 and have worked odd jobs as well as basically volunteer work for a family business, but I've never officially had a job. Should I put down my clinical experience while in school as official experience? Should I include my experience helping out at a family business(bridal store)? Please help!
