Working at University of Chicago

I am currently looking to switch jobs to another hospital. I was wondering if anyone worked at University of Chicago, and would like to share some insight into the work environment there. I know they are unionized which I do prefer. I also like their education benefits regarding paying for nurses to go back to school for masters and doctorate. Thank you!
