working as an SRNA in Lexington KY

Hi you guys! I am currently a SRNA still in school working on my RN degree. I was interested in working for St Joe but they require weekends for both full-time and part-time. Of course after I am done with school I dont mind to work weekend because that is definitely expected. But, I was wondering if you all know of any hospitals or anything here that doesnt require weekends for SRNAs? I would like to have the weekends off for study time for school! Thanks.

Pretty much anywhere you work is going to want you to work weekends, especially around here (Lex). St Joe is generally 2 weekends a month though and I know several students who benefit from it because some of the nurses are willing to help with questions and stuff. Good luck with whatever you do though!

Thank you for that fast reply! I may just take St Joe into consideration now. Do you know if they allow you to swap weekends with other workers if something were to come up for me with school?

As long as someone is willing to switch they're generally pretty understanding :)
