Working in the Caribbean as a US nurse

Hi! I am a nurse in the US. I am wanting to move to the Caribbean and work as a nurse! I am looking into puerto rico and USVI st. thomas. What is it like to be a nurse there? Is there other caribbean islands that work with US nurses? I am very beginner in my spanish so I know it would be harder for me in Puerto Rico. Any advice greatly appreciated!
