Work romance....bad or good idea?

Greetings everyone,

I guess my question is kind of odd. Has anyone had a positive ending when you met and began your relationship at work? Is it a bad idea entirely? Is it so bad that no matter how much I find someone I click with I should just say no to an invitation for a date/
