will grad schools accept degrees from online course format?

For those of you who have applied to grad school, have you encountered any problems with your BSN earned online (and accredited) and their admission guidelines? Is it best to earn your BSN thru traditional classroom attendance or are online classes/degrees becoming more of the norm.

I am applying for grad school in a couple of years and due to running my own business and family life, would like to work at my BSN degree online (part time) . If the school is accredited, will I run into problems later on about any credits or the degree itself beingi accepted?
