Will she get hire even though it will be a week before she takes her state test(CNA)?

My friend applied for a hospital position and they called her back for an interview a week before she takes her CNA test, now she is wondering will they still hire even though the next week she will be taking her test or would they tell her she can have the position after she pass her test??

That would be up to the facility!!! You can work up to 4 months without certification, but if the hospital/NH does not want to hire you until the certification test is passed then that is up to them.

If she applied to a hospital she does not even need her certification. I know many Nursing Assistant who work in a hospital setting and are not certified.
