Will ANY CCNE Accredited NP Degree Transfer to California?

If a MSN NP Program is CCNE accredited, does that mean the degree will transfer to California?

There is a page on the BRN website but it's sort of tricky in the verbiage where it says you can only do PRECEPTORSHIP from certain colleges in California. Where if you weren't reading it close enough you could be confused into thinking those are the only programs accepted by California.
