I am so overwhelmed. I feel like I am a week behind on my school work (I'm not, just feeling like I have so much to do and not enough time). I am in an accelerated program, 12 month program. I have about a month and a few days left of level 1 and I cannot wait. I feel like when I signed up and got accepted this was going to be easier. I have no idea what I was thinking. This is so stressful and I am on the verge of crying all the time. We are losing classmates every week now and that doesn't help my anxiety due to the fact that these people could have made wonderful nurses and were working really hard. I am hoping it gets better.

Close your eyes, take a deep breath. Take it one day at a time. There's a light at the end of the tunnel, and every day it gets closer. You will be so proud of what you accomplished when you are done!
Wishing you the best of luck!

Stay focused take a moment and reflect on what you applied to your program for and like the person before me said there is a little at the end of the tunnel even though it may seem dim right now, know the closer you get to it the brighter it becomes. God has blessed you with a gift just keep telling your self that and you will be awesome.

Hello,
I know it can be tough but this is what we signed up for. I just finished nursing RN school and it was really tough....I cried many times but I said to myself that I just have to keep going and do my best. Don't give up.....and don't worry about others. Many people won't make it....sorry but it's true. That's how nursing school is. Just keep up with your reading and do questions after to help prepare for test. Make short-term goals...like today I'm going to read this chapter and learn these meds this way you don't feel overwhelmed. Good luck and I hope you do very well.
I know it just feels like I'm over my head. I have no intention on quitting. Just with level 1 coming to an end there are so many tests/exams and clinical competency coming up... Just overwhelming.

Watch videos to save time. Do lots of nclex questions. Really need to do what you can to get the most out of time. Listen to audios while driving, when you wake up, and while making breakfast. I life feuer myself. Cut things out that waste time. Write assignments, spend 3 hours on group projects where you get the grade no matter what. Skim over all material before you go to bed. Skim at various points in day when you have 10 minutes waiting for something. When you go to read, it will take 1/3 the time. Carry flash cards to review when you have a minute.
