Why is it for hard for me to get into the hospital?

Hello everyone, I graduated from RN BSN program in 2022, and I am trying to get into the hospital for new graduate RN position. I have been applying to every position in the Bay Area, but I still have no luck yet. Any suggestions for me? What am I doing wrong here? Since I am the child and live with my parents, moving out is not option for me.
