Who's in Lpn school already?

I'm so glad I found this site! I'm looking at going back to school now that I've had both my kids. I was in the associates RN program at the community college when I stopped after completing block one to have my second child. He is going to be 2 now and I am ready to go back. However I want to go to Lpn school. For those who are currently taking classes, do you guys take the same class as the RN program (NUR 151) and if so how do they teach you to be an lpn using those courses when LPNs can't do the assessments and such like an RN? I know there are some responsibilities an lpn doesn't do. So how would that work? Thanks for any input you guys may have!!!
